Updates on Server Progress

I know that you are all very excited for the release of the server, so I thought I'd bring you all some updates on about how much longer the wait will be before the server is accessible to the public. We have just set up our server, thanks to our sponsors over at DragonNode, so over the next few weeks the server will be whitelisted to staff, and we will begin installing some plugins and getting some buildings done. Once we get started, we'll be able to feel out about how long things will take, and then we will post an announcement with the official server release date. On a side note, we would like to thank you all for your activity on the forums, as we have just reached a milestone of over 1000 site views, as well as almost 70 registered users, and almost 170 total forum posts. Again, thank you to everyone for your patience, and we hope you're as excited as we are to see you all in-game playing on the server! We are currently in the process of getting everything done. In terms of what is left to do prior to releasing the server, we just have to install/configure all the plugins as well as get some buildings done, and then we will open our doors to all of you. Once we get started on the buildings we'll be able to properly estimate about how long it will take, and it is at that point that we will create another announcement thread with an exact release date. I'm not able to mark an exact point of time but I'd say the beginning of the year at the very latest. We have started installation of plugins and have started our builds, if we keep up this rate we are probably looking at a release at the end of this year. We'll make sure to keep everyone updated as we go on with progress. lol Posted Nov 6, 17
